About the Author
The author is nearly as intimately familiar with all the 22 million words within the 53 active Titles of the entire United States Code as also with the divine 800,000 words of the Holy Bible, with the sole exception of most of the laborious 4 million words within just single Title 26 (the Tax Code), except recently because of issues regarding campaign finance law, because that falls under the Tax Code. Perhaps it is not at all any strange coincidence that the most boring portions of both God's Law and of Man's Law are the similar Numbers and bean-counter sections.
The author has 25 years of deep and vast experience with legal clients in 400+ cases at all levels of state and federal courts all across the nation, yet takes an even more sinful pride in being a very well-versed, quality legal historian, not just under ongoing primary focus of American legal history, but also of historical developments in overall world law over the centuries, in particular various events along the parallel paths of religious rights, women's rights, human rights, children's rights, and similar topics.
The author is a non-denominational born-again Christian, happy to share upon your request the hope and salvation and blessing of life available freely to anyone through the gateway person and finished works of Jesus Christ. But the author adamantly also rejects mere political labels conjured up by mankind, and certainly does not self-identify as either a "Republican" or "Democrat" or "Libertarian" or otherwise, nor even as actually an "Independent" within the common meaning. Instead the author's legal and political philosophy is summed up by Proverbs 22:22-23 together with Micah 6:8 ("Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and exact life for life.") (The Lord God has told us what is right and what he demands: “See that justice is done, let mercy be your first concern, and humbly obey your God.”) along with such similar and related scriptures.
To further clarify, the "Red" within "BigRedLawDog" is not a "Republican" thing at all, but merely symbolizes the shed blood of Christ. Moreover, the author would be the very first person to remind Republicans that Jesus only spent about one-fourth of His Ministry in actual "Bible thumping" activities (expounding law), but spent a whopping three-fourths of His time and energy displaying great empathy in compassion to help and heal the people from their personal woes (showing grace), more like a Democrat, yet Democrats by and large reject God, while Republicans have forgotten compassion, so go ahead and start pondering the depth of that nested set of political paradoxes...
In short, the author is against all modern Pharisees and Sadducees, for both fall short of the Glory of God's grace, and both falsely indoctrinate the people into wrong belief.
