The Really Big One
Related also in part to the Separation of Church and State issues, the plan is to file a rock solid federal lawsuit that will prove America actually is, and has always legally been, officially a Christian nation, with that exact "format" of Christianity being not of any particular Christian denomination or sect, but simply based upon the entire written contents that are between the covers of an official book that Congress therefore had printed en masse and distributed out to everyone across America.
That official government book is the Aitken Bible of 1782. The Aitken Bible claims three remarkable titles. 1) The only Bible approved by Congress. 2) The only Bible recommended to Americans by our Government. 3) The First American Bible (first King James Bible made in America). Called "The Bible of the American Revolution" by historians, the Aitken Bible was first made available to the public in 1782, one year after the Battle of Yorktown and one year before the Treaty of Paris was signed to officially end the War.
The important main point above bears repeating -- the Aitken Bible is the *only* religious faith text ever formally and purposefully authorized and approved by the United States of America for use by all of the inhabitants thereof, and therefore also represents the official religious stance, status, and policy of the United States as a Christian nation.
Indeed, our entire American realm of law itself, like most Western nations and even others, is wholly based upon the Mosaic Law, which is not just about Moses and the Ten Commandments only, but all of the laws contained generally throughout the first five (5) books of the Holy Bible, which is equally shared as gospel by all Protestant sects and by all Catholic sects worldwide, and is also equally so shared by all Jews worldwide, who call those books their Torah.
However, all of our 200+ various "Founding Fathers" were Christians - including actual Christian pastors, ministers, and preachers from the different Colonies/States. In this respect, the term "Founding Fathers" includes all of the myriad of signers of the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the later Constitution, as well as all members of the First Continental Congress and of the Second Continental Congress. The exact personal religious denomination/sect of each and every Founding Father is known, and every single one was of the Christian faith, ranging all across the full Protestant and Catholic spectrum of Christian denominations and sects, including all hybrid Christian sects such as Anglican and Episcopalian denominations, with only the sole exception of the Mormons, who were considered as outcasts due to certain beliefs not shared at all by general Christendom.
But none of the Founding Fathers were of the Jewish faith either, yet all Jews and all of Christendom share the exact same Judeo-Christian heritage including the exact same, one true living Almighty God, hence enshrining Christianity as the official religious faith of America via formal recognition of the Christian-universally-shared written text of the Holy Bible (the Aitken Bible), was an official act of recognizing the Jewish people as Christendom's close cousins for being God's chosen people. The same thing still applies today in what should always be full support for Israel.
The age-old phrase "government of the people, by the people, for the people" as stated decades later by Lincoln at Gettysburg is correctly understood, under the framework installed by the Founding Fathers, as meaning that America is a nation with its government and laws being purposefully built in sync with the Aitken Bible, as a Christian nation and government with laws created of the Christian people, by the Christian people, and for all the Christian people.
And of course, that is also why all of our Founding Documents (the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the later Constitution) all expressly reference, honor and thank Almighty God in written priority, as do each of the 50 state constitutions, and the charters of colonies and territories before they formally became States within the Christian Union known as America the Beautiful. It is also why virtually every federal, state and local governmental building constructed during not only early America but well into modern times also contains statues, plaques, and various other fixtures about God, Jesus, Moses and other historical Christian figures, as well as engraved Scripture of the Holy Bible. It is also why the binding legal oaths of government leaders expressly includes "under God" or similar as duly expressing a legally binding allegiance to Christianity (to general Christianity, not as an allegiance to any particular denominational beliefs... which is a critical distinction...), and it is also why our official federal holidays and most official state holidays are about a half and half mix of patriotic observances plus recognized Christian holidays (talking about *official* holidays... by written law... not cultural "holidays"...), and it is also why even all forms of our nation's money expressly includes the phrase "In God We Trust" as a clearly printed memorialization of the Christian faith, why our military forces all officially reference God, and on and on it goes, ad nauseum. Indeed, the proof that America is officially Christian is overwhelmingly conclusive, well beyond any reasonable question whatsoever.
And yet, there is even more available proof that America is and has always been an officially Christian nation in the legal sense, but in the context of planning to file such a lawsuit, it is prudent not to publicly divulge any creative legal theories, lest the anti-Christian opposition gets early wind of those as a big head start to prepare for court battles. There is no concern over mentioning everything above, because it is all very well documented historical fact of which the anti-Christian opposition cannot reasonably argue with, i.e., as conclusive evidence in any court of law.
Jurisdiction, venue, and all of that stuff is already determined for said lawsuit. The only ingredient missing is an element of unquestionable "legal standing" to bring such a lawsuit, and the very best provision is to use a small set of dedicated megachurches from different locations across the USA, probably a set of five (5) or seven (7) such big churches, and/or even better would be five or seven of the national organizational leadership units heading large and different denominational memberships of thousands of churches each. Lastly, there is no real question that the lawsuit will be best filed as a class action on behalf of all Christian people and Christian entities nationwide.
There is an estimated need for about $55,000 in overall funding to support the general expenses of filing this federal lawsuit, including legal needs to print, package and also have paper process physically served on all the respective Governors, Secretaries of State, and Attorneys General of each of the 50 different States as well as served on each of the five (5) Governors of those various U.S. Territories and Possessions, and the equivalent Mayor of the District of Columbia, not to mention there are also multiple recipients of service of legal process for the United States federal government involved too. That is the estimated fund amount just to get everything officially started, including a mountain of paperwork, federal court filing fees, and all the service of process costs for 160 recipients. The United States is the sole named Defendant, but each above State and similar is either a necessary Third Party to be joined in, and/or also a clearly interested Party with right to intervene, hence required service upon all.
Once the new case is finally filed and every recipient has been physically served, the entire thing will proceed on from there pretty much all digitally, so no more dealing with tons of physical paperwork after the case is launched.
Make no mistake: The larger half of the States and similar will file in support of the Plaintiffs, while the smaller half of the States and similar will file in opposition to the Plaintiffs. Good! Let the people see for themselves where their currently respective state leaderships actually stand upon this foundational issue of America, because elections have a way of reinforcing the will of the people at large. You will also see many, many organizations weighing in on the issue by filing with the court their various Amicus briefs in support of their respective positions.
Naturally, additional funding and resources will be eventually required to maintain the fight, as there is no question that such a case, regardless of outcomes at the trial and appellate levels, will certainly make its way to the SCOTUS, but no funding need for media support is expected, as surely news coverage will be organic over this topic.
If you are someone within the executive leadership level of any Christian megachurch, or a member of the national leadership of any larger Christian organizational membership of many churches, please contact me on Truth Social.
Thank you and God bless.
